The Clackamas High School all weather turf and track project was completed in the summer of 2007.

During the Summer of 2010 the nine portable classroom buildings (18 classrooms) were removed from Clackamas High and a new covered walk was constructed connecting the main building to the Eat Campus (old Sunrise Middle School building).
In the fall of 2010 changes were made to the bus drop staging and parent drop off areas. This allowed for separation of parent drop off/pick up and bus circulation.
