Concord Elementary

The Concord Elementary School project (s) will be performed in the summer of 2010. Work includes: selected window replacement, renovation of office, kitchen and cafeteria, replacement of boilers, heating system upgrades, clock system upgrades, painting, computer lab improvements and site upgrades.

- Skyward Construction started work on June 21st.
- Covered play area – rotted exterior sheeting has been removed
- Asbestos abatement of floor tile has been completed
- Remodel of the office area progressing well. Demolition completed. Interior wall framing and electrical and mechanical system rough in underway.
- Removal of old sinks and counter tops completed.
- Removal of east and north facing windows has been completed.
- Removal of the old univent heaters, sinks and cabinets has been completed
- Work has started on the cafeteria remodel
- Sealing of the exterior wall of the cafeteria has been completed.
- Drainage improvements in play field have been completed.
- Old sidewalks have been removed
- Old boiler has been removed and replacement boiler is being installed.
