There are three projects at Riverside Elementary:
1. Building Improvements
2. Boiler Replacement
3. Roofing Project
Bond funded improvements at Riverside Elementary are scheduled for the summer of 2010. Work will include: interior painting, replacement of most classroom windows, flooring replacement in selected classrooms, repairs to covered play area, play equipment area drainage, upgrades to clock system, and pavement upgrades.

- Skyward Construction started work on June 21st. Asbestos tile removal has been completed. Old windows have been removed. Old, rotted exterior on the covered play area has been removed.
- Work on window replacement, pavement upgrades in the play area, new metal exterior siding on the covered play area, new clocks, ceiling upgrades in the hallways, door hardware upgrades, and interior painting have all started and will be completed by August 28th.
- Work has also started on play equipment area improvements and expansion.
