PROJECT SUMMARY:

The Rock Creek Middle School Project is being constructed on a 21 acre site just east of 162nd Avenue in Happy Valley at 14897 SE Parklane Drive.  The new building will be approximately 127,000 SF.  Rock Creek MIddle School is being designed for 750 students.  The new Rock Creek middle school is nearing completion and will be ready for students in September 2010.

Work on the interior of the building is almost complete with delivery of furnishings to begin in July 2010.  The office is expected to open in late July.

  • Final paving of parking lots an driveways. (By July 10th)
  • Final interior finishes, delivery of furniture and supplies. (July 15-30)
  • Waxing of tile floors and final cleaning. (July 1-10)
