Sabin/ Schellenberg North

Major renovation of the Sabin Campus. Work included: Paving of gravel parking lot, construction of new bus circulation lanes, new law enforcement and fire safety classrooms, new cosmetology labs and classrooms, new deli instructional area, fire sprinkler system for building “A”, improved building trades area, new rest rooms building A, oil separation system for automotive, improvements to heating system, installation of DDC controls for heating system, and addition of two modular buildings (4 classrooms). Work completed on this project in September 2009.
