PROJECT SUMMARY:

The Verne A. Duncan Elementary School Project is being planned for construction on a 11 acre site just west of 172^nd Avenue in Happy Valley at 14898 SE Parklane Drive. The new building will be approximately 60,000 SF. The Elementary School (Kindergarten through 6^th Grade) will accommodate 550 students. The new Elementary School is scheduled to be put into operation for the start of the 2009-2010 school year.

Floor slabs for the entire building have been poured.
Structural steel is on site and is being erected.
Underground utility work completed.
Gym masonry walls are being put up.
Paving of access lane and parking lots – first lift completed.
