Work has been completed on a bond funded improvements except for renovation of the office. Work completed in the summer of 2009 included: general classroom upgrades, renovated restrooms, skylights in three interior classrooms, new technology room, remodeled area for band/orchestra, expansion of covered play area, renovation of bus drop/parent parking and site improvements.

View Acres School under went renovations and remodeling during the summer of 2009. Classrooms received new carpeting, lighting, clock, intercoms, and whiteboards. Three interior classrooms had skylights installed to let in natural light. The Parking area was reconfigured to allow separate bus and parent drop off areas. The playground was renovated and some new equipment installed. In addition, stairs were added to the lower field.
The office will be renovated in 2010.
